1. What Scanosphere Is

Scanosphere is an online screening product that provides technical screening and information tools. It surfaces stocks that match defined technical criteria. Scanosphere is a screening product — it is not investment advice. It is not a broker, exchange, or marketplace, and it does not execute, facilitate, or hold any financial transactions on behalf of its users.

3. Data Accuracy

Market data displayed on Scanosphere is sourced from third-party providers. This data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors, and is not guaranteed to be accurate or timely. Scanosphere is not liable for any decisions made based on this data.

4. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Scanosphere. You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Only one account per person is permitted. Scanosphere may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• —Scrape, copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the platform's data or screening output.
• —Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying logic or algorithms of the platform.
• —Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the service beyond normal intended use.
• —Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed through Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. Prices may change with prior notice; any price change takes effect from your next billing cycle, and existing subscribers retain their current price for the active cycle. 7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scanosphere and Shrimant Enterprises are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including but not limited to trading or investment losses, loss of data, or loss of profits — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shrimant Enterprises and Scanosphere, including their officers, employees, and affiliates, from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

Scanosphere may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the platform or by email. Your continued use of the service after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of the registered office of Shrimant Enterprises.
