Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the refund and cancellation terms for Scanosphere subscriptions, operated by Shrimant Enterprises.

1. Subscriptions Are Non-Refundable

Scanosphere subscriptions are digital services and are non-refundable as a general rule. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

2. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Cancellation stops all future billing immediately.
  • You retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial or pro-rated refund is given for any unused portion of a billing period.

3. Refunds at Our Discretion

Any refund outside the terms of this policy is granted solely at the discretion of Shrimant Enterprises and is decided on a case-by-case basis. Granting a refund in one instance does not create any obligation, right, or entitlement to a refund in any other instance.

4. Genuine Billing Errors

In genuine cases — such as a duplicate charge, or a payment captured where the subscription was never activated — a refund will generally be honored on request. Please contact us with details and we will investigate promptly.

5. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it is processed to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. The exact timeline may vary depending on the payment processor and your bank.
